Every 4 years

i would like to start this post by saying...

Happy 29th February!!!

Feeling special on this special day cos it only occurs once every 4 years. Today was just simply terrific because of several reasons:

1. Chemistry experiments today! Granted, we didn't make such a great performance to the sec 1 juniors, but we had tons and tons of fun from showing the "Water Vacuum" to them. It was really cool, and to be honest i was kinda surprised that it worked cos we never tried it before! We were supposed to perform the "Burning Money" experiment, but that didn't work well...coughs. So we hastily changed to water vacuum at the last minute. Literally! okay maybe not last minute, but seriously we decided on performing water vacuum at the last 5 minutes or so. The experiment kinda goes like this:

cool, right?! yes! it's a really easy trick, and not dangerous at all! you can even try it at home if you would like to. just make sure not to put too much food coloring into the water cos your glass would be stained and it's going to be hard to scrub it off. In fact, you don't even need to use food coloring for this to work. the purpose of the colors are only to make the experiment look interesting hehe

i don't really know if they enjoyed it cause everyone's like showing us the poker face. We were actually planning to make Slime but it failed for some mysterious unknown reasons. i was actually really looking forward to it but oh well. I'll probably try to make the slime myself just for fun. maybe. in the future.


2. The internet connection's not being a prick today!!! yay! the connection is actually fast for once.


3. Laughed zillions of tons! ohmygod i can't even express how funny today has been... something about bombs and punches and water balloons plus somebody crying. MEAN RACISTS MEAN RACISTS MEAN RACISTS!!! I swear, laughter is gonna be the death of moi!!!



4. Had great Nasi Lemak for dinner with mom. it was so delicious, i can practically hear my stomach growling when my nose picked up the delicious tempting scent. I devoured the whole plate of Nasi Lemak once it was served and it tastes UH!mayzing. licking my lips again when i'm thinking of it... yum



5. Lastly, i'm happy cos i actually get to sleep extra early today. Fell asleep in the car on the way home, and i realised that i really need some good sleep. I haven't even finished Chinese and English homework yet but right now i don't give a damn. Let's just face the problems tomorrow and enjoy today as much as possible!
